Miguel IS amazing at his job fixes problem fast and with easy and also fixes another techs problems that weren't his own he is friendly and very respectful. Jennifer the office aisstance is also great at her job she is on top of current issues and gets them handled right away. She is very friendly as well.

Miguel has been amazing at fixing everything we have needed. He always has a smile on his face and explains anything that is needed! Jen has been amazing as an office assistant answering any and all questions we have had.

This is probably my favorite apartment I’ve ever leased. The space is amazing, the staff is great and maintenance is always on time and really fast. We are well taken care of by everyone I’ve never had any issues whatsoever we love it here. ❤️

I've been a resident of Lindsay Palms apartments for the past 2 years. This year they have made a bigger attempt to build a community within the apartment complex. Recently, the management hosted a Halloween party for the residents and it was amazing! I look forward to future events that will bring the residents together. It's worth nothing that there are a great number of kids here so it this place is a great place for kids!

I loved bringing daughter in to this event everyone was nice and caring the manger and assistant manger welcomed us with food and drinks and goodies and they had a costume contest and made it so fun for the kiddos I love the fact they do this with kindness and to have a great community ,thank you Alyssa and Jennifer , and everyone else there that helped.

I am a residente here at Lindsay palms apartment, Today they welcomed my family and kid to join them in a Halloween event , they provided food and drink and did a contest for costumes , by far the best manger and assistant manger I had ever had before Thank you Alyssa , Jennifer you guys are the best. looking forward to more events and years here .

The office did a Halloween Party and Contest for the kids,one of my sons won 5th place. I would like to say we appreciate the treats and good they provide! Not to mention the Pizza😋

I scheduled a tour with Alyssa. She was super knowledgeable and so sweet. She was professional and kind. She was patient with my small children that tagged along with me. The community is beautiful. The unit itself is huge and beautiful. The pool/hot tub is amazing! As I walked in the office it's decorated with halloween decor (my kids loved it), she explained to me she does events for the kids. She has lots of things prepped already. Candy bags, and lots of goodies I can see how much her community means to her. Not like other places who hate thier job. I'm happy to call Lindsay Palms my future home. We will definitely be putting in an application.

Alyssa is the best manager we have had in a long time. The community has got so much better with her. Thank you for all you do for our community. Can't wait for the Halloween event!

Landsat Palms is a Beautiful apartment community. Staffing is friendly professional, and has gone above and beyond to help me when I moved in. The manager Alyssa helped me get approved and conquered all obstacles that were hindering me. She’s friendly professional detail orientated, and this apartment is a family community. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to call home. The apartments have 24 hour for the Gym and also the Pool and Jacuzzi. Jennifer is a wonderful Assistant manager and helped me multiple times too friendly and Professional. The Maintenance staff is also professional and friendly.
