APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

I went in last Friday for scheduled tour. I scheduled with Alyssa weeks in advance. I noticed it was a busy Friday morning as she was the only one in office. She was fast and efficient helping people get packages. I showed up a bit early. I can see residents enjoy her working in the office. She greats everyone with a smile. I waited for just a few moments and when it was my turn she offered coffee and water. The property was clean. The unit itself was amazing. All my questions were answered. She made it so easy to make my decision on applying. I will be starting my next steps Monday morning. Thank you.

The staff in the office, Jennifer and Alyssa are so kind and we've had great communication, Very happy with my move-in process. Looking forward to living here.

Alyssa has been wonderful and very attentive since I moved in. I’ve been here at Lindsay since April. She’s helpful and considerate. Tends to any request or complaints in a timely manner.

I don’t normally leave reviews. Mine surprisingly disappeared. I toured and loved the property. It’s clean and beautiful. The units are super big and specious. The customer service is A1. Alyssa was so welcoming and nice. She was super helpful.

I drove by and saw bright colorful lights. The property at night looked beautiful. I decided to stop in on my lunch break the next day I met Alyssa the property manager. She was very bright and joyful. Welcomed me as I walked in. She was awesome. She seemed very knowledgeable and so sweet. She walked the property with me. Showed me the clubhouse and fitness center. It’s awesome that the fitness center is open 24hrs. The pool was super clean and clear. Residents were in there having a good time. I loved how involved she was with passing of residents. I only saw a two bed two bath. It was super specious and really nice. I look forward to applying and moving forward with Alyssa and applying for a unit.

I have been so impressed since I moved here in February. The complex is well-kept and the entire staff is very friendly. Miguel and Randy respond quickly to any maintenance requests and the office staff is great. In fact, it has been even better since Alyssa took over as manager and Jennifer started as leasing agent. Lindsay Palms truly feels like a community.

I absolutely LOVE living at Lindsay Palms apartments. The community is top notch and our office and maintenance team are of the best you can get. Alyssa and Jennifer rock the office and taking care of the tenants needs and Miguel and Rand y are the best for our maintenance needs. I’ve found that Alyssa and Jennifer are very tentative to any requests for repairs or anything else we may need. It’s great walking into the office and being greeted like you actually matter. Such a huge improvement to the office crew. Miguel and Randy are such an awesome maintenance team and strive to go above and beyond for our maintenance needs. They both take the time to explain what’s going on as well as getting the job done in the most efficient manner. I absolutely love living here as we have the best of the best! Do not hesitate to make Lindsay Palms your new community!
